Lake Dow Club membership is open to families and individuals in McDonough and surrounding areas. Home ownership in Lake Dow Estates or Lake Dow North is NOT a prerequisite for membership at Lake Dow Club. LDE and LDN homeowners are given first opportunity to become members and will receive preference on the waiting list if the club reaches its capacity.
Full Club Membership Packages
Family Membership Initiation Fee - $375.00
Annual Family Membership Fee - $540.00
Individual Membership Initiation Fee - $305.00

Gym/Tennis Membership Packages
Family Gym Membership Initiation Fee - $200.00
Annual Gym Family Membership Fee - $270.00

I'M A NEW MEMBER (INDIVIDUAL)
A $305 initiation fee is due for all Individual Memberships. Individual annual membership dues are $420.00. Billing is done via QuickBooks online once your membership application is accepted. If you need to pay by check, please make payable to:

- leave in member drop box (just inside basement doors, on right)
- or mail to: 328 Mell Ave, Bldg E, Atlanta, GA 30307
You may pay in one sum by April 1, or you can split your annual dues into two payments, with $210 due April 1, and $210 due July 1.
For those who want use of the gym, tennis and Pickleball courts, we offer a GYM ONLY option. This does not include use of the pool. An initiation of $165 is due, as well as the annual dues of $210 to be paid in in one sum.
