POOL PARTY POLICY

Who can have a pool party?
Only club members can have a pool party.

What constitutes a party and why?
If you are bringing more than five (5) guests (in addition to members on your membership) you are required to book and pay as a party. This policy ensures fairness to other members and ensures the pool is not overcrowded for dues paying members.

Party Fees & Number of guests permitted:
Parties are limited to 20 people. This total includes adult supervisors for a child’s party.

Party Fee:
$100 party fee. Cancellation details below.

Pool Availability for Parties:
Parties are only allowed during regular pool hours. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.

When you complete the reservation request form and pay the fee, you will be sent a confirmation for your party.

We request that you send your party's guest list 1 week prior to the party.

The pool is not available for parties during high volume times:

• Opening Weekend
• Memorial Day Weekend - Sat, Sun, Mon
• July 4th Weekend – Fri, Sat, Sun
• Labor Day Weekend - Sat, Sun, Mon
• Any Fridays after 3:00 PM ALL summer

Member Responsibilities

• Being at the party from start to finish in person.
• Submitting the Party Guest List and Party Fee 1 week prior to the start of the party.
• Accepting full responsibility for the conduct of all party guests.
• Cleaning the area in which the party was held.

Member Supervision Requirement
For every 5 guests under the age of 18, you must have one adult to supervise; this adult must be included in your total group number. These adults should assist with behavior and be aware of pool rules.

Cancellation
You may cancel with 48 hours notice to receive a full refund. Parties cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. If a party is cancelled due to inclement weather a full refund will be issued.
