Billing can be done via QuickBooks online once your membership application is accepted. If you need to pay by check, please make payable to: Lake Dow Fitness LLC; and leave in member drop box (just inside basement doors, on right), or mail to: 135 Turner Dr, McDonough, GA, 30252
You may pay in one sum by April 1, or you can split your annual dues into two payments, with first half due April 1, and the second half due June 1.
