Do I need to own Lake Dow property to become a Member?

Home ownership in Lake Dow Estates or Lake Dow North is not a prerequisite for membership at Lake Dow Club. LDE and LDN homeowners will be given priority if club applications reach capacity.

What are the hours?

The gym is open year round, and accessible via member key FOB from 4 AM to midnight, 7 days / week


The pool is open seasonally, and accessible via member key FOB from 10 AM to 9 PM, 7 days / week

POOL ATTENDANT HOURS: Weekend only (hours vary)

What makes you different?

Unlike commercial gyms… our spaces are smaller and more intimate. More community. More exclusively.

Guest Policy and Access.

Members should bring their key FOB and/or be prepared to verify their identity. Guest fees are payable in cash, or zelle: lakedowfitness@gmail.com

POOL: Age 7 and under are free. Age 8 -15 incur a $10.00 Guest Fee. $20 Guest Fee for those aged 15+ (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

$5.00 per guest all other times

GYM/TENNIS: $10.00 per guest (anytime)

Pool Season

For the 2026 season, the pool is set to open May 15th to September 21st for the pool season.

Member Attendant hours are more limited when school starts back in August.

Is there a trial period?

Sadly, no we do not offer trial periods. However day guest passes are available.

Pool Party

  • Yes, but only members can host/reserve a space.

  • If you are bringing more than five (5) guests (in addition to members on your membership) you are required to book and pay as a party. This policy ensures fairness to other members and ensures the pool is not overcrowded for dues paying members.

  • $200 Party Fee for events with a maximum of 25 guests. Parties with 25 to 30 guests will be charged a $300 Party Fee. Parties with 30+ guests will have a $500 Party Fee. This total includes adult supervisors for a child’s party.

  • Parties are only allowed during regular pool hours. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    When you complete the reservation request form and pay the fee, you will be sent a confirmation for your party.

    We request that you send your party's guest list 1 week prior to the party.

    The pool is not available for parties during high volume times:

    • Opening Weekend

    • Memorial Day Weekend - Sat, Sun, Mon

    • July 4th Weekend – Fri, Sat, Sun

    • Labor Day Weekend - Sat, Sun, Mon

    • Any Fridays after 3:00 PM ALL summer

  • Being at the party from start to finish in person.

    Submitting the Party Guest List and Party Fee 1 week prior to the start of the party.

    Accepting full responsibility for the conduct of all party guests.

    Cleaning the area in which the party was held.

    For every 5 guests under the age of 18, you must have one adult to supervise; this adult must be included in your total group number. These adults should assist with behavior and be aware of pool rules.

  • You may cancel with 96 hours (four days) notice to receive a full refund. Parties cancelled within 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation within 24 hours will not be given a refund. If a party is cancelled due to inclement weather a full refund will be issued.
